(He Really Went All Out To Pull This Off)
Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Kyle Kendrick was shocked to learn that he’d been traded to the Yomiuri Giants in Japan for a player named “Kobayashi Iwamura.”
“I don’t know what to think right now,” he told reporters outside his locker shortly after getting the news from assistant general manager Ruben Amaro Jr.
Had he truly been thinking, he would have realized that such deals are prohibited. And with a little digging he could have found out that there is no Kobayashi Iwamura playing in Japan.
The “trade” was, in fact, a prank. The ruse was orchestrated by pitcher Brett Myers and was elaborate enough to include Amaro, manager Charlie Manuel, Kendrick’s agent, the media and others.

Let’s just say the Democrats wins. Have the thought crossed your mind, that once again we could have another historic opportunity. There’s a chance we could end up with Obama as the first African American President and Hillary the first women Vice President or vice verse, Hillary the first women President and Obama the first African American Vice President.
Do you think the winning candidate will have the other as Vice President? Read the rest of this entry »

Who do you think will win and why? Let’s talk about this hot topic.Â

LAS VEGAS (AP) — An apparent audiotape of O.J. Simpson’s standoff with men he accused of stealing his memorabilia begins with the ex-NFL star demanding, “Don’t let nobody out of here.” Simpson’s said.
Simpson was arrested Sunday and booked on charges connected with what police described as a robbery at a Las Vegas hotel. In the audiotape released Monday by the celebrity news Web site TMZ.com, a man believed to be Simpson is heard shouting questions while other men yell orders to the people in the room. It’s been called one of the greatest nature videos of all time. All caught on tape by accident. A pride of lions attacks a young buffalo. While working to take down their prey, an alligator attempts to wrestle the kill away from the lions. A tug of war ensues. And just when that ends, the herd of buffalo return to rescue their own. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? I wouldn’t have believed it either, but here it is.

Do any of you own a pit bull? From all I’ve seen and have read about these dogs the bottom line is always the same.
