The Love Zone Listening Help
Question: I have attempted to listen to The Love Zone but when I do I get a pop up that
warns me that the broadcast is high bandwidth. What can I do?
Answer: If you have a 56K Internet connection speed or better you should be able
to listen to The Love Zone. The bandwidth warning mentioned in the question above appears
on your computer screen because our connection wizard has not been able to
determine what your actual connection is. To bypass this problem simply press
on the "listen anyway" button. (see graphic below)

Issue 1 - "Warning High Bandwidth Broadcast"
Question: When the Connection Wizard gives me the option of what player to use
to listen to The Love Zone which should I choose?
Answer: The Love Zone will work with a number of players. However we suggest the use
of the Live 365 Player. In tests that we have preformed we have found this player
works best with the broadcast. NOTE: if you choose "MP3 Player" option
(see below) the wizard will configure the broadcast to use whatever default player
you have set on your computer. If your default player is not compatible with our
broadcast you will get an error and not be able to listen. Since we assume that your
primary goal is to hear the station, we suggest you avoid these issues and simply
use the Live 365 player. (Please see graphic below)
Question: When I press the "Listen Now" button I see what seems to be a flash of a window trying to come
up but it never does. OR I press on the "Listen now button" but nothing happens.
Answer: If you have a pop up stopper/killer, of some kind, installed on your system this could prevent the player window
from coming up. If you have a pop up stopper/killer installed simply turn it off before pressing the "Listen Now" button. Once the
player window is up and running you can then turn your pop up stopper/killer back on to protect you from ads as you surf.
Issue 4 - My Issue Is Not Listed On This Page.
Question: I have reviewed this page but can not find anything that really addresses the issue I am having with
listening to The Love Zone. What can I do?
